Most people who end up in my office already have a lot of insight. They know their patterns. They understand where things went sideways. What they haven't been able to do yet is change how they actually respond when it matters — in the hard conversation, in the moment of avoidance, in the middle of the spiral.
That gap between knowing and doing is what I work on with people.
I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, and the patterns that show up for teens and adults who are tired of going in circles. Many of my clients are dealing with overthinking, distraction, emotional ups and downs, or relationship patterns that repeat no matter how much they understand them. Together we'll identify what's driving those cycles, build tools that fit your actual life, and work on responding differently in the moments that matter most. I draw on CBT, ACT, and IFS depending on what fits you best — but what stays constant is that you set the pace and I bring the structure.
Choosing a therapist means finding someone you feel safe enough to let into your world. My goal is to create that space — where you can be honest about what's weighing on you while we develop strategies that actually make a difference outside of session.
No one understands your life better than you do. My job is to help you use that.
The first step is a free 15-minute consultation. I'm in your corner. Let's get to work.
